ibus-anthy-dev software package provides anthy engine for IBus, development files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install ibus-anthy-dev
ibus-anthy-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the ibus-anthy-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep ibus-anthy-dev *
You will get with ibus-anthy-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
